Dr. Tessy Aguzie has spent two decades in public health and epidemiology studying how people and populations recover. Her own season of loss reinforced a central truth: recovery requires more than willpower. It requires understanding, support, adaptive skills, and intentional rebuilding.
Today she works where research, leadership and faith meet — helping individuals, organizations and communities rebuild what was lost and lead from what they became.
