  • Newsletter details. When you join the mailing list we collect your first name and email address.
  • Basic technical data. Our hosting provider records standard server information such as IP address, browser type and page requests, which helps keep the site secure and available.

We do not collect sensitive personal data, and we do not ask for payment details on this website.

How we use your information

  • To respond to speaking, media, partnership and general enquiries.
  • To send newsletter updates when you have asked to receive them.
  • To maintain records of bookings and correspondence.
  • To keep the website secure and functioning correctly.

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

Embedded content and third-party services

Some pages embed video from YouTube. When you play an embedded video, YouTube may set cookies and collect data under its own privacy policy. Our website is hosted and its form submissions are stored using trusted service providers who process data on our behalf under contract.

How long we keep your information

Enquiries are retained for as long as needed to respond and to maintain a record of the engagement. Newsletter details are retained until you unsubscribe or ask us to remove them.

Your choices and rights

You may ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you. Depending on where you live, you may also have rights under the UK/EU GDPR or applicable United States state privacy laws.
